Q: How should I take care of washing my item?
A: 
Caring for 100% cotton clothes is easier than what most people think. When hand washing is not an option, the delicate cycle on your machine is preferred. The use of cold water is recommended. If you feel you must, then warm water but never hot water unless you intend to have the cotton item shrink. Best bet is to cold wash and hang dry - iron to finish..

Q: My item has sold out – what can I do?
A:  We do our best to keep up with demand, but sometimes the item you want might just be too darn popular! You can always contact us to find another solution - contact us

Q: What size should I order?
A:  Our sizing reflects standard US sizing. If you normally wear a Large t-shirt, get a Large shirt. Play it safe by ordering a size up - our garb is meant to be loose fitting, especially for men.

Q:  How do I know you’ve received my order?
A:  You’ll receive a confirmation email. In the rare event that you don’t, please contact our customer we’ll sort it out ASAP.

Q: What if my order doesn’t arrive?
A:  Please contact our customer service team via our contact us page and we’ll get it sorted, pronto!

Q: What if I change my mind about an item?
A: It happens! Email us at zootzugarb@gmail.com and we will send you return details.

Q:  Can I track my current order online?
A:  An email with an USPS tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Q: I just placed my order. I need to change something. Can I do that?
A: Unfortunately we can’t make adjustments to an order once it has been confirmed. All is not lost though! As long as your order has not been shipped you can contact us within 12 hours to cancel your original order. Then you can go back and place a new order. However, if your order has already been shipped, best to follow our regular returns process.

Q: I received my order and it’s incorrect! What do I do?
A: We apologize and would like to make it up to you. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and an image or detailed description of the incorrect item(s) you received. We will then provided you with a pre-paid shipping label and returns authorization form to send back your unwanted item(s). A replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.

Q: Why was my order cancelled?
A: If this happens we will inform you immediately. Your order was most likely cancelled because the item you ordered is in high demand and suddenly became out of stock. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 - 48 hours and your card will be refunded. If your order contains additional items, these items will be shipped to you. Only the unavailable item(s) will be removed from your order.
